Glenmere is a well-established community, with a great location. Residents of Glenmere can gain easy access to both Highway 544 and the recently widened Highway 707. Also, Highway 31, which can take travelers all the way to North Myrtle Beach in a fraction of the time, is just a few minutes away. There are great schools nearby, and wonderful restaurants and shops just down the road. As if that isn’t enough. Surfside Beach and Myrtle Beach State Park are less than 10 miles away. This community is definitely worth considering, and feel free to take a peek at the neighborhood pool as well. The homes in Glenmere are mostly 3 and 4 bedroom homes in the $200,000’s, making it an affordable option in Myrtle Beach. But don’t take my word for it. Take a drive through the community, or Google map it for a street view of the homes. I am certain you will be pleasantly surprised by what you see in this price range. While you are searching, also take a look at the homes in Jackson Estates and Hidden Woods. These communities share a similar location with Glenmere.
