Summit at Meridian Homes
Summit at Meridian is very comparable to Meridian at Market Common, except the homes have slightly more upgrades. Like Meridian, Summit at Meridian homes have beautiful design features such as light colored flooring, countertops, and granite, upgraded stainless steel appliances, beautiful master suites and more. Some things you might find in a Summit home compared with a Meridian home could include a butler’s pantry, beautiful porches and balconies, as well as “smart home” features, including doorbell, front door locks, and temperature controls from your smartphone. Also, Summit homes are quite a bit larger than the Meridian homes. Summit at Meridian shares an amenities center with Meridian, which includes a wheelchair accessible zero entry pool with several massive umbrellas for shade, a hot tub, a clubhouse, and indoor tennis court. All of this is included with a very reasonable HOA fee less than $75. And though the prices for a home at the Summit at Meridian are slightly higher than Meridian at prices from the high 200’s to low 400’s, these homes are still very comparable in price to other Market Common District homes. Take a look at Park Place as well as the Highlands at Withers Preserve for other similarly priced home in the Market Common District.
